Adam Frampton

Adam’s career began in key account management and then sales management across multiple industries including electrical manufacturing. Over ten years he negotiated with a wide variety of counterparts including local governments, national wholesalers, national housing developers, Transport for London and major mains contractors. During this time Adam’s passion for negotiation was firmly cemented. 

Adam joined The Gap Partnership as a consultant in 2017 and now delivers negotiation projects and capability workshops to clients across Asia. Before relocating to Hong Kong, he worked with clients in the UK, US, Middle East, Europe, Australia and New Zealand and has brought that range of experience to Asia where understanding geographical differences is key to responding effectively to client challenges.

Jessie Lancaster

Jessie began her career as a graduate intake in health and beauty retailer Boots’ commercial buying team, and went on to build ten years’ negotiation experience with other large retailers in the UK. Now an expert negotiator with extensive experience leading negotiation teams, Jessie has a proven track record in delivering strategic projects to consolidate and improve terms agreements. Her career to date has also included direct responsibility for £100m+ in revenue, and the achievement of million-pound savings through negotiation strategy and execution.​ Now a principal consultant with The Gap Partnership’s specialist retail team, Jessie supports clients across the UK, Europe and Middle East, providing negotiation solutions that blend consulting and capability development, including leading behaviour change workshops.

Michael Perlish

He employs knowledge of human behavior to identify top talent and empower individuals to expand beyond their perceived limitations, whether in the office or negotiating in the boardroom. Additionally, he has been recognized as a premier commercial public speaker and workshop director, delivering keynote addresses at high-profile industry events and successfully leading thousands of clients through intensive negotiation workshops.

Mike Kamins

With a BA in Conflict Analysis and an MS in Negotiations and Conflict Management, Mike is a highly diversified global leader within the negotiation field, with extensive experience in leadership, and sustaining rapid ROI for businesses across many sectors. Prior to TGP, Mike was the Managing Member of a privately held corporation and worked with the Ombuds Office of the Department of Defense, Office of the Inspector General. Mike joined TGP in 2012 where he’s been the Head of Consulting for the Americas, Head of the Consumer Practice for the Americas, and Head of Latin America. Mike was the Regional Head of both the UKMEAN and North America, and is now a Partner working alongside our most strategic clients. 

Having led the largest teams within TGP and delivered commercial solutions to a range of organizations in the Americas, Canada and Europe, Mike has a unique understanding of the needs and requirements of our clients and people.

Shailee Desai

Shailee has had a variety of roles within several industries, all of which have shaped her passion for building relationships, problem-solving, and creating strategies with clients. She started her career in marketing, with a growing entertainment agency, and soon transitioned to become one of the youngest agents representing America’s Got Talent finalists in the corporate sector. After a few years of partnering with Fortune 500 clients, she made a move into consultancy where she took on business development, sales, and client management roles. Shailee joined The Gap Partnership in 2021 working primarily with our consumer product goods clients and is now a Strategic Engagement Manager supporting TGP’s largest clients globally. 
Outside of work, Shailee spends her time exploring her home city of New York, being active, trying new restaurants, and adventuring around the world.
